My Candle is Broken/My Order is Wrong

If you received a candle that is broken or you received the wrong candle, please send an email with a photo of the candle/order to help@loamcandles.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to either offer a replacement candle or refund you for your order. All candles that fall under this category must be unlit in order to receive a refund or exchange.

I don’t like the scent of my candle.

Sorry to hear this! While we don’t offer refunds in this scenario, we would be happy to exchange your unlit candle with another of your choosing from our collection. Please email help@loamcandles.com within 30 days of receiving your purchase to receive an exchange.
